Nga ana tjet\u00ebr, kur shikojm\u00eb se, ajo q\u00eb ngjau nd\u00ebr ne ka ngjar\u00eb ose po n&#8217;gjan n\u00eb nj\u00eb form\u00eb pak a shum\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00eb edhe nd\u00ebr popuj t\u00eb tjer\u00eb rreth nesh, duhet t&#8217;a l\u00ebshojm\u00eb mendimin n\u00eb nj\u00eb horizont m\u00eb t\u00eb gjer\u00eb, t\u00eb kuptojm\u00eb disa probleme shoq\u00ebrore q\u00eb lidhen me qytet\u00ebrimin e koh\u00ebs, dhe t\u00eb mundohemi t&#8217;iu gjejm\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn e zgjidhjes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Historia dhe zhvillimi shoq\u00ebror<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esht\u00eb nj\u00eb e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb e njohur se n\u00eb bot\u00ebn e njer\u00ebzvet nuk ka gj\u00eb t\u00eb q\u00ebndruarshme, se popujt dob\u00ebsohen e bjen\u00eb, t\u00eb tjer\u00eb marrin forc\u00eb dhe ngrihen, klas\u00eb sundonj\u00ebse prishen dhe \u00e7thuren, klas\u00eb t\u00eb shtypura \u00e7ohen lart. Ligje e zakone t\u00eb vjetra \u00e7vleft\u00ebsohen e humbasin, t\u00eb tjera vin\u00eb n\u00eb fuqi, shkurt, kjo bot\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb hipje e zbritje energjish, nj\u00eb lod\u00ebr nd\u00ebrrimesh e transformimesh q\u00eb i jep fytyr\u00ebs s\u00eb saj m\u00eb \u00e7do koh\u00eb nj\u00eb pamje t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb. Dhe po t\u00eb mos ish k\u00ebshtu, njer\u00ebzit s&#8217;do t\u00eb kishin ardhur dot n\u00eb qytet\u00ebrimin e sotm\u00eb por do t\u00eb jetonin akoma n\u00ebp\u00ebr shpella, shok\u00eb me arinjt\u00eb dhe majmun\u00ebt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c7do bres q\u00eb vjen pra, sjell di\u00e7ka t\u00eb re n\u00eb njer\u00ebzi, disa zakone e pik\u00ebpamje t\u00eb vjetra humbasin nga r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi e tyre, t\u00eb tjera lindin ose forcohen, fuqia ekonomike-politike l\u00ebvis dhe ajo nga pak\u00eb prej familjesh n\u00eb familje, a prej grupesh n\u00eb grupe. Gjer k\u00ebtu jemi mir\u00eb pse ky ligj kuptohet pak a shum\u00eb prej \u00e7do njeriu q\u00eb ka k\u00ebnduar ndopak\u00eb nga historia ose iu ka v\u00ebn\u00eb re ndryshimeve q\u00eb kan\u00eb ngjar\u00eb n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e tij. Por gj\u00ebja m&#8217;e v\u00ebshtir\u00eb p\u00ebr t&#8217;u kuptuar, \u00ebsht\u00eb shkaku ose shkaqet se p\u00ebrse n\u00eb disa koh\u00eb ndryshimi prej nj\u00eb brezi n\u00eb tjetrin \u00ebsht\u00eb aq i vog\u00ebl sa mezi \u00e7quhet, kurse n\u00eb koh\u00eb t\u00eb tjera aq\u00eb i math sa duket sikur nj\u00eb bres prej tjetrit e ndajn\u00eb disa qindra vjet\u00ebsh. P\u00ebr shembull ndryshimet q\u00eb ka p\u00ebsuar struktura shoq\u00ebrore e disa popujve q\u00eb nga shekulli i n\u00ebnt\u00ebmb\u00ebdhjet\u00eb e t\u00ebhu, jan\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha nga ato q\u00eb kish p\u00ebsuar gjat\u00eb dymij\u00eb vjet\u00ebve histori, q\u00eb nga koh\u00ebt p\u00ebrpara Krishtit, e gjer n\u00eb shekullin e n\u00ebnt\u00ebmb\u00ebdhjet\u00eb. S&#8217;do shum\u00eb mend t\u00eb kuptohet se ky transformim n\u00eb struktur\u00ebn shoq\u00ebrore t\u00eb popujvet, q\u00eb, n\u00eb koh\u00ebt t&#8217;ona, po shkon me rr\u00ebmbin vale, lidhet me vrapin q\u00eb kan\u00eb marr\u00eb shkenca dhe maqinizmi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00eb kuptimin e nd\u00ebrlidhjevet midis njer\u00ebzve, shkenca dhe maqinizmi pothuajse e \u00e7duk\u00ebn fare faktorin &#8220;larg\u00ebsi&#8221; dhe &#8220;koh\u00eb&#8221;, i prun\u00eb n\u00eb pjekje a marr\u00ebveshje t\u00eb vet\u00ebtimshme si popujt n\u00eb mest tyre ashtu edhe n\u00ebnshtetasit, ose grupet brenda shtetit; ndryshuan mjetet et e pun\u00ebs e t\u00eb prodhimit, t\u00eb cilat k\u00ebput\u00ebn lidhjet e vjetra midis njer\u00ebzve dhe ngjall\u00ebn nevoj\u00ebn p\u00ebr nj\u00eb ekilib\u00ebr t\u00eb ri; p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsuan mjetet e m\u00ebsimit, t\u00eb propagand\u00ebs e t\u00eb p\u00ebrhapjes s&#8217;idevet dhe hodh\u00ebn masat e gj\u00ebra popullore n\u00eb luft\u00ebn politike; suall\u00eb nj\u00eb p\u00ebrzjerje t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebme si brenda popujvet ashtu edhe n\u00eb jet\u00ebn nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare, dhe hap\u00ebn udh\u00ebn e transformimevet t\u00eb m\u00ebdha shoq\u00ebrore q\u00eb vazhdojn\u00eb t\u00eb zhvillohen me shpejt\u00ebsin\u00eb e motorrit. Prandaj t\u00eb mos ju duket p\u00ebr t\u00eb qeshur kur them se ai njeri q\u00eb mendon se pun\u00ebt e nj\u00eb shteti t&#8217;Evrop\u00ebs munt t\u00eb rregullohen edhe nes\u00ebr po me ato mjete dhe methoda q\u00eb u rregulluan tridhjet\u00eb vjet m\u00eb par\u00eb, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb larg nga i \u00e7menduri q\u00eb ngjesh nj\u00eb shpat\u00eb t\u00eb vjet\u00ebr dhe thot\u00eb &#8220;po nisem p\u00ebr n\u00eb luft\u00ebn e Kryq\u00ebzatavet&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00eb popujt e Per\u00ebndimit, trash\u00ebgimtar\u00eb t\u00eb kulturavet klasike dhe t\u00eb punuar prej frym\u00ebs s\u00eb krisht\u00ebrimit, lufta midis pun\u00ebs dhe kapitalit, midis bujkut dhe pronarit, e nisur herjet, u-zhvillua e po zhvillohet ca nga ca, dhe ka sjell\u00eb nd\u00ebrrime t\u00eb m\u00ebdha n\u00eb shoq\u00ebri por pa i k\u00ebputur si me g\u00ebrsh\u00ebr\u00eb fijet e s\u00eb kaluar\u00ebs dhe pa i p\u00ebrmbysur t\u00eb gjitha vleftat q\u00eb lidhen me moralin e vjet\u00ebr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ndryshe ndodhi n\u00eb Rusi pas 1917-\u00ebs. Atje lufta midis klasave q\u00eb punojn\u00eb dhe t&#8217;atyreve q\u00eb sundojn\u00eb, mori karakterin e popujve t\u00eb Lindjes. N\u00eb Lindje, gjer tani, nuk ka pasur tjet\u00ebr udh\u00eb lidhjesh a marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniesh midis njer\u00ebzve ve\u00e7 o sundonj\u00ebs o i sunduar, ja zot ja rob : kjo do t\u00eb thot\u00eb absolutizm\u00eb. Prandaj edhe komunist\u00ebt i ndajn\u00eb pun\u00ebt me dy fjal\u00eb : &#8220;o me ne dhe rro, o kund\u00ebr nesh dhe vdis&#8221;. K\u00ebshtu thoshte edhe Atila, Tamerlani dhe, m&#8217;i madhi i tyre, Gengis Khani.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por nga do q\u00eb t\u00eb shikojm\u00eb, n\u00eb dash\u00e7 n\u00eb Per\u00ebndim n\u00eb dash\u00e7 n\u00eb Lindje, nj\u00eb ide e madhe del e b\u00ebn hije mbi njer\u00ebzin\u00eb e sotme : ideja e prishjes s&#8217;ekilibrit shoq\u00ebror nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar t\u00eb djesh\u00ebm, dhe nevoja e vendosjes s\u00eb nj\u00eb ekilibri t\u00eb ri. Kjo ide i jep fizionomin\u00eb e ve\u00e7ant\u00eb koh\u00ebs s&#8217;on\u00eb, mbush gjith\u00eb kultur\u00ebn e sotme dhe shtrihet e sundon n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha drejtimet e vep\u00ebrimit t\u00eb njer\u00ebzis\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ka pasur koh\u00eb n\u00eb histori q\u00eb karakterizohen nga nj\u00eb ndjenj\u00eb e zjarrt\u00eb fetare, ka pasur t\u00eb tjera ku sundonte mbi t\u00eb gjitha vleftat ndjenja e artit ose l\u00ebvizja e mendimit, por koha e jon\u00eb do t\u00eb quhet &#8220;koha e luftravet sociale&#8221;. Komunizmi ka l\u00ebshuar thimthat nd\u00ebr popujt e Lindjes dhe, duke u-\u00e7faqur diku n\u00eb nj\u00eb form\u00eb e diku n\u00eb nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr, po i bren themelet e struktur\u00ebs s\u00eb vjet\u00ebr shoq\u00ebrore. Sa edhe Kina vigane, vat\u00ebr kulturash mijra vje\u00e7are, po sh\u00ebmbet si k\u00ebshtjell\u00eb kashte nd\u00ebn\u00eb forc\u00ebn e re. N\u00eb Per\u00ebndim po shihet qart\u00eb se politika e ndarjes s\u00eb bot\u00ebs n\u00eb zona influencash midis fuqish kund\u00ebrshtare, e mbylli koh\u00ebn e saj, dhe p\u00ebrpjekje t\u00eb m\u00ebdha po b\u00ebhen p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjetur nj\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb re bashk\u00ebpunimi n\u00eb planin nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pra kur mendojm\u00eb mbi djal\u00ebrin\u00eb shqiptare, s&#8217;duhet t&#8217;a marrim nj\u00eblloj me ata f\u00ebmij\u00ebt q\u00eb lozin cinglash, por \u00ebsht\u00eb e mira t&#8217;a shohim n\u00eb drit\u00ebn e mendimevet t\u00eb koh\u00ebs, dhe \u00e7apet e saj t&#8217;i lidhim me vallen e p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebshme t\u00eb njer\u00ebzis\u00eb. At\u00ebhere do t\u00eb kuptonim shum\u00eb gj\u00ebra, dhe do t\u00eb binim nga ret\u00eb e paragjykimevet t\u00eb vjetra n\u00eb nj\u00eb shesh pune t\u00eb ri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Djal\u00ebria mbas 1920-\u00ebs<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gjat\u00eb nj\u00ebzet vjet\u00ebve q\u00eb shtrihen midis dy luftravet Bot\u00ebrore, n\u00eb disa popuj t&#8217;Evrop\u00ebs s\u00eb Lindjes e t\u00eb Jug\u00eb-Lindjes q\u00eb, p\u00ebr arsye historike, s&#8217;e kishin p\u00ebsuar at\u00eb transformim t\u00eb ngadalt\u00eb q\u00eb u-b\u00eb n\u00eb Per\u00ebndim, jeta e br\u00ebnd\u00ebshme paraqiste forma t\u00eb kund\u00ebrta dhe t\u00eb pa-pajtuarsh\u00ebme. M\u00eb nj&#8217;an\u00eb, mbeturit\u00eb e vjetra feudale q\u00eb koha s&#8217;i kish \u00e7dukur akoma, duke lozur n&#8217;ekilib\u00ebr midis Fuqivet t\u00eb M\u00ebdha kund\u00ebrshtare, pat\u00ebn ngritur regjime fashiste dhe mujt\u00ebn t\u00eb mbahen m\u00eb k\u00ebmb\u00eb me pahir, ndon\u00ebse nuk kishin m\u00eb rr\u00ebnj\u00eb n\u00eb popull. M&#8217;an\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr, idet\u00eb e reja sociale, q\u00eb s&#8217;ka mur as kufi aq t\u00eb fort\u00eb sa t&#8217;i ndaloj\u00eb dhe q\u00eb mjetet e sotme e b\u00ebjn\u00eb shum\u00eb t\u00eb leht\u00eb p\u00ebrhapjen e tyre, e punonin si me lim\u00eb brezin e ri t\u00eb atyre popujve. K\u00ebshtu u-formua nd\u00ebr t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb nj\u00eb gj\u00ebndje mendore q\u00eb ish krejt n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim me mend\u00ebsin\u00eb mesjetare t\u00eb klikavet feodale n\u00eb fuqi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u00ebr n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri s&#8217;munt t\u00eb flitet p\u00ebr &#8220;djal\u00ebri&#8221; ve\u00e7se pas 1920-\u00ebs ose 24-\u00ebs. M\u00eb p\u00ebrpara, populli shqiptar e kish b\u00ebr\u00eb luft\u00ebn e tij ashtu si kish mundur, ose m\u00eb mir\u00eb t\u00eb themi \u00e7do krahin\u00eb ish mprojtur ashtu si kish mundur, e mbajtur gjall\u00eb me pahir nga nj\u00eb vet\u00ebdije komb\u00ebtare gjysm\u00eb e shurdh\u00ebt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Djemt\u00eb q\u00eb ndiqnin shkollat, ishin p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsisht bijt\u00eb e klas\u00ebs sundonj\u00ebse q\u00eb kish marr\u00eb kultur\u00ebn dhe zakonet turke dhe q\u00eb e qeveriste vendin si mundte p\u00ebr hesap t\u00eb saj dhe t\u00eb Perandoris\u00eb. Ata djem q\u00eb zgjuheshin n\u00eb ndjenj\u00ebn komb\u00ebtare, kishin shpirt t\u00eb fort\u00eb dhe enthusiazm\u00eb t\u00eb zjarrt\u00eb por ishin t\u00eb pak\u00ebt dhe s&#8217;e ndryshonin dot gjendjen e r\u00ebnd\u00eb si plumb. Se \u00e7&#8217;flak\u00eb i ndiste p\u00ebrmbrenda ata t\u00eb rinj, duket nga shkrimet e tyre, nga p\u00ebrpjekjet, nga shoq\u00ebrit\u00eb q\u00eb formuan jasht\u00eb atdheut, nga p\u00ebrhapja e libravet shqipe, nga \u00e7etat e para q\u00eb nxuar\u00ebn malevet. Por k\u00ebta zoq n\u00eb l\u00ebvizje, si ata t\u00eb shekullit t\u00eb n\u00ebnt\u00ebmb\u00ebdhjet\u00eb dhe ata t\u00eb fillimit t\u00eb k\u00ebtij shekulli, ishin t\u00eb rrall\u00eb dhe s&#8217;b\u00ebnin dot prenver\u00eb. Sa her\u00eb q\u00eb i kanoseshin atdheut rreziqe, ata p\u00ebrzjeheshin me popullin, i ngrinin moralin, luftonin tok me t\u00eb. Por pastaj, kur Shqip\u00ebria, qoft\u00eb p\u00ebr hir t\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekjevet t\u00eb saj, qoft\u00eb p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb gjendjes nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare, delte shtet m\u00eb vehte, flamurtar\u00ebt e kryengritjevet shqelmoheshin dhe mbetej prap\u00eb n\u00eb fuqi klasa sundonj\u00ebse e vjet\u00ebr, pse ajo njihej n\u00eb popull, pse ajo kish n\u00eb dor\u00eb pasurin\u00eb e vendit dhe dinte t\u00eb ndreqej me fqinj\u00ebt? Pik\u00ebrisht ata q\u00eb kishin dashur t&#8217;a mbyjn\u00eb l\u00ebvizjen komb\u00ebtare duke i sh\u00ebrbyer imperjalizmit t\u00eb huaj, delnin tani n\u00eb krye t\u00eb pun\u00ebvet si patriot\u00eb dhe, p\u00ebr t&#8217;iu v\u00ebn\u00eb kapak t\u00eb gjithave, b\u00ebnin ndonj\u00eb k\u00ebng\u00eb patriotike ose mbanin nj\u00eb fjalim bumbullit\u00ebs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pas 1920-\u00ebs, kur shteti shqiptar mori form\u00eb, nis\u00ebn t\u00eb ngjallen aty-k\u00ebtu p\u00ebrp\u00eblitje t\u00eb rinjsh. N\u00eb rr\u00ebmujat e Luft\u00ebs s\u00eb Madhe dhe n&#8217;enthusiazmin q\u00eb u-p\u00ebrhap pas Luft\u00ebs me shkollat e para shqipe, u-m\u00ebk\u00ebmb nj\u00eb far\u00eb djal\u00ebrie e cila zu t&#8217;interesohej n&#8217;ideologjit\u00eb sociale q\u00eb trazonin at\u00ebhere Evrop\u00ebn. K\u00ebto p\u00ebrp\u00eblitje u-shtuan\u00eb dhe i dhan\u00eb trup m\u00eb von\u00eb Shoq\u00ebris\u00eb Bashkimit e cila, si\u00e7 e dim\u00eb, lozi nj\u00eb rrol kryesor n\u00eb L\u00ebvizjen e l924-\u00ebs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Po t\u00eb ndalemi pak\u00eb k\u00ebtu dhe t\u00eb hedhim nj\u00eb sy mbi mendimet q\u00eb punonin djal\u00ebrin\u00eb e asaj kohe, do t\u00eb rr\u00ebmbejm\u00eb menj\u00ebher\u00eb ndryshimin ideologjik n\u00eb mest t\u00eb brezit q\u00eb loftonte p\u00ebrpara se Shqip\u00ebria t\u00eb kish dal\u00eb si shtet i lir\u00eb dhe brezit t\u00eb pastajm\u00eb. Brezi i vjet\u00ebr, i mbushur me frym\u00ebn patriotike t\u00eb shekullit t\u00eb n\u00ebnt\u00ebmb\u00ebdhjet\u00eb, nuk njihte luft\u00eb tjet\u00ebr p\u00ebrve\u00e7 luft\u00ebs komb\u00ebtare. Atij i interesonin sidomos kufit\u00eb e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb dhe pamvar\u00ebsi e saj. N\u00ebqoft\u00ebse k\u00ebto siguroheshin, ai e quante t\u00eb kryer pun\u00ebn e tij. Dhe s&#8217;munt t\u00eb mendonte ndryshe se n&#8217;at\u00eb shkoll\u00eb ish formuar dhe me at\u00eb lloj lufte ish m\u00ebsuar. Njer\u00ebzit q\u00eb e kan\u00eb kuptuar jet\u00ebn n\u00eb nj\u00eb drejtim a n\u00eb nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr, \u00ebsht\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00eb t\u00eb nd\u00ebrrojn\u00eb udh\u00eb pastaj. Ata rrojn\u00eb n\u00eb kujtimet e vjetra, mbeten si t\u00eb ngrir\u00eb n\u00eb kultur\u00ebn e vjet\u00ebr dhe kan\u00eb urrejtje p\u00ebr format e jet\u00ebs q\u00eb zhvillohen m\u00eb pas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por brezi i ri q\u00eb u-m\u00ebk\u00ebmb pas 1920-\u00ebs, m errte frym\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00eb tjet\u00ebr, k\u00ebrkonte t\u00eb ngjitej mbi t\u00eb tjera maja, mbi majat e p\u00ebrparimit shoq\u00ebror. Dhe s&#8217;ka gj\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb natyrsh\u00ebme nga kjo : akti i par\u00eb i p\u00ebrpjekjes shqiptare ish mbyllur me fitimin e pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb, tani hapej akti i dyt\u00eb, ai i luft\u00ebs p\u00ebr zhvillim t\u00eb brend\u00ebsh\u00ebm, p\u00ebr nj\u00eb drejt\u00ebsi shoq\u00ebrore m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekja, l\u00ebvizja e parreshtur e popujvet, q\u00eb s&#8217;mbaron kurr\u00eb, m\u00ebsa ndalet qarkullimi i jet\u00ebs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Shohim pra se k\u00ebtu kemi nj\u00eb big\u00ebzim mendimesh midis brezit t\u00eb vjet\u00ebr dhe atij t\u00eb riut. T\u00eb rinjve nuk iu mjaftojn\u00eb k\u00ebng\u00ebt e nj\u00eb patriotizmi abstrakt. Ato ishin me vent kur shp\u00ebrthenin nga goj\u00eb e Naimit ose e Vasho Pash\u00ebs. Por tani Shqip\u00ebria kish dal\u00eb zonj\u00eb me vehte, jeta e saj kalonte n\u00eb nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr faz\u00eb, e pra hapeshin t\u00eb tjera horizonte, \u00e7faqeshin t\u00eb tjera q\u00ebllime. K\u00ebshtu, tek t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb, patriotizmi i vjet\u00ebr, pa humbur asgj\u00eb nga zjarri i tij i dikursh\u00ebm, vishej me t\u00eb tjera ngjyra q\u00eb e b\u00ebnin m\u00eb t\u00eb dukur, m\u00eb t\u00eb plot\u00eb : me idealet e mbar\u00ebvajtjes shoq\u00ebrore. Ish edhe koha at\u00ebhere, pas Luft\u00ebs s\u00eb Madhe, q\u00eb iu dha idevet sociale nj\u00eb l\u00ebkundje t\u00eb re. Revolucioni Rus, l\u00ebvizje pun\u00ebtorish n\u00ebp\u00ebr Evrop\u00eb, L\u00ebvizja Qemaliste n\u00eb Turqi, shpresa t\u00eb ngjallura prej luft\u00ebs e fjal\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha lirie e drejt\u00ebsie q\u00eb ushtonin nga t\u00eb kat\u00ebr an\u00ebt, s&#8217;munt t&#8217;a linin t\u00eb paprekur djal\u00ebrin\u00eb shqiptare e t\u00eb mos e futnin edhe at\u00eb n\u00eb koncertin e p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm. Por, me th\u00ebn\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebn, t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb t&#8217;on\u00eb t&#8217;asaj kohe nuk e kishin t\u00eb qart\u00eb se \u00e7&#8217;k\u00ebrkonin dhe \u00e7&#8217;donin t\u00eb b\u00ebnin. Ata dridheshin n&#8217;enthusiazm\u00eb p\u00ebr ndryshim dhe reforma, por nuk kishin as ideologji sociale t\u00eb caktuar mir\u00eb as pregatitjen politike t\u00eb duhur p\u00ebr t&#8217;a v\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb zbatim. Revolucionin Rus s&#8217;e kuptonin dot si\u00e7 duhet. E si do t\u00eb munt t&#8217;a kuptonin ata t\u00eb gjor\u00eb kur s&#8217;e pat\u00ebn kuptuar shum\u00eb nga diplomat\u00ebt e Per\u00ebndimit (disa prej tyre s&#8217;e kuptojn\u00eb as sot), me gjith\u00eb jakat e ngrira dhe syzat e ndritura ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avni Rustemi, Llazar Fundua e t\u00eb tjer\u00eb djem t&#8217;asaj kohe flisnin p\u00ebr drejt\u00ebsi shoq\u00ebrore, p\u00ebr reform\u00ebn agrare, p\u00ebr arsim dhe zhvillim t\u00eb popullit. Shoq\u00ebria e Bashkimit filloi t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb mjaft zhurm\u00eb n\u00ebp\u00ebr qytete, vuri n\u00eb l\u00ebvizje pjes\u00ebn m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe t\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebsvet t\u00eb shkollavet, desh t\u00eb shtrinj\u00eb rr\u00ebnj\u00eb n\u00eb popull. Por k\u00ebtu ndeshi n\u00eb tok\u00eb t\u00eb ngurt\u00eb, pse populli shqiptar s&#8217;ish zgjuar akoma sa\u00e7 duhej nga lethargjia e rob\u00ebris\u00eb, s&#8217;delte dot aq leht\u00eb nga zakonet e s\u00eb kaluar\u00ebs, jepej akoma pas politik\u00ebs s\u00eb krahinavet e t\u00eb bajraqevet, tamam ashtu si\u00e7 donte klasa sundonj\u00ebse e vjet\u00ebr. P\u00ebr djal\u00ebri fshatrash s&#8217;b\u00ebhej fjal\u00eb fare, por edhe n\u00ebp\u00ebr qytetet t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb e shkollavet ishin t\u00eb pak\u00ebt, nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e tyre s&#8217;dinte \u00e7&#8217;dometh\u00ebn\u00eb &#8220;interes shoq\u00ebror&#8221; dhe jetonte akoma n\u00eb burgun e ngusht\u00eb t\u00eb mendimevet t\u00eb lagjes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Q\u00eb mendimi i nj\u00eb brezi t\u00eb ri t\u00eb ndihet n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb kombin, nuk mjafton t\u00eb k\u00ebndojn\u00eb vet\u00ebm disa bilbil\u00eb aty-k\u00ebtu, por duhet pa tjet\u00ebr t&#8217;i p\u00ebrgjigjen asaj k\u00ebnge masa t\u00eb gjera djelmoshash prej q\u00ebndravet m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha n\u00eb q\u00ebndrat m\u00eb t\u00eb vogla, duhet q\u00eb ideja e re t\u00eb rr\u00ebmbej\u00eb sidomos djal\u00ebrin\u00eb e pun\u00ebtoris\u00eb e t\u00eb fshatravet. Nj\u00eb mrekulli e till\u00eb s&#8217;munt t\u00eb ndodhte m\u00eb 1924. P\u00ebrp\u00eblitjet e Shoq\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb Bashkimit s&#8217;kap\u00ebrxyen dot p\u00ebrtej oborrit t\u00eb shkoll\u00ebs ose tregut t\u00eb qytetit. N\u00eb ngjarjet q\u00eb u-zhvilluan n&#8217;at\u00eb koh\u00eb, enthusiazmi dhe zhurma e t\u00eb rinjvet u-\u00e7fryt\u00ebzuan djall\u00ebzisht nga disa klika t\u00eb vjetra q\u00eb paraqiteshin me fjal\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha reformash e mir\u00ebsimesh. N\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebn, k\u00ebto klika haheshin midis tyre p\u00ebr (pun\u00eb prestigji e kulltuku) dhe s&#8217;ndryshonin prej nj\u00ebra tjetr\u00ebs n\u00eb asgj\u00eb, disa flakeshin jasht\u00eb, t\u00eb tjera vinin n\u00eb fuqi, por gjendja e vendit mbetej nj\u00eblloj si zjer\u00eb pjekur?.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por Shoq\u00ebria e Bashkimit la nj\u00eb jehon\u00eb q\u00eb ting\u00eblloi gjer von\u00eb n\u00eb djal\u00ebrin\u00eb shqiptare. Ajo iu hapi shtegun ideve t\u00eb reja dhe i tregoi djal\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb detyra e saj \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb l\u00ebviz\u00eb, t\u00eb luftoj\u00eb padrejt\u00ebsit\u00eb e vjetra e t&#8217;i k\u00ebrkoj\u00eb jet\u00ebs t\u00eb tjera shanse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00eb pes\u00ebdhjet\u00eb-vjetshin q\u00eb shtrihej pastaj gjer m\u00eb 1939, \u00e7do l\u00ebvizje rinie shuhej me kamzhik. Regjimi natyrisht kish urrejtje p\u00ebr mendimet e reja dhe, i p\u00ebshtetur mbi feodalizm\u00ebn e vjet\u00ebr e mbi ca kapedan\u00eb aventurier\u00eb t\u00eb nxjerr\u00eb nga hi\u00e7i, r\u00ebndonte si nj\u00eb pullas burgu, mbi jet\u00ebn e kombit. Shqip\u00ebria ishte \u00e7iflik i disave q\u00eb kishin futur thonjt\u00eb kudo, n\u00eb financat e shtetit, n\u00eb sip\u00ebrmarrjet, n\u00eb treg\u00ebtin\u00eb, n\u00eb drit\u00ebn, n\u00eb buk\u00ebn, n\u00eb krip\u00ebn?, shp\u00ebrdorimi i fuqis s\u00eb shtetit p\u00ebr t\u00eb k\u00ebnaqur epshe e d\u00ebshira, i \u00e7onte neverin\u00eb edhe atij m\u00eb gjak-butit. Vjedhjet ishin prall\u00ebzore. Ndryshimi i jetes\u00ebs midis njer\u00ebzvet t\u00eb regjimit dhe popullit ish revoltonj\u00ebs. Nd\u00ebrsa ata b\u00ebnin jet\u00eb vilash dhe m\u00ebndafshesh, bujku s&#8217;kish kasht\u00eb e rrogos p\u00ebr t&#8217;u mbrojtur nga balta. N\u00ebrsa ata iu siguronin f\u00ebmij\u00ebvet t\u00eb tyre jetes\u00ebn e nj\u00ebqint vjet\u00ebvet, f\u00ebmij\u00ebt e pun\u00ebtorit s&#8217;kishin as buk\u00ebn e dit\u00ebs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Me fjal\u00eb, Shqip\u00ebrija quhej shtet i pavarur por, n\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebn, ekonomia e saj kish shkuar n\u00eb dor\u00eb t\u00eb tjet\u00ebrkuj, regjimi mbahej me th\u00ebrrimet q\u00eb i hidhnin nga Italia dhe, dit\u00ebn q\u00eb t&#8217;i priteshin ato th\u00ebrrime, pushonte s\u00eb ardhuri rreth, si nj\u00eb mulli q\u00eb i pritet uj\u00ebt. Megjithat\u00eb, duhej th\u00ebn\u00eb se Shqip\u00ebria &#8220;po p\u00ebrparon&#8221;, q\u00eb &#8220;kombi po lul\u00ebzon&#8221;, etj.. N\u00eb t\u00eb kremtet komb\u00ebtare, patriot\u00ebt e vjet\u00ebr, ringjall\u00ebsit e ides\u00eb Shqiptare, ishin harruar krejt dhe, n\u00eb vent t\u00eb tyre, duartrokiteshin markat e regjimit, ata q\u00eb, pak vjet m\u00eb par\u00eb, e kishin luftuar haptazi Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb si agjent\u00eb t\u00eb imperializmit t\u00eb huaj.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gjendja politike q\u00eb u-krijua pastaj nuk i la shtek djal\u00ebris\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb zhvillim t\u00eb lir\u00eb e t\u00eb pajtuarsh\u00ebm me koh\u00ebt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nj\u00eb e till\u00eb gjendje pra, rrinte n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim si nata me dit\u00ebn me idet\u00eb e reja q\u00eb i vinin djal\u00ebris\u00eb nga librat e shkoll\u00ebs, nga historia e popujvet t\u00eb tjer\u00eb, nga l\u00ebvizjet e jashtme, nga thirrjet p\u00ebr liri q\u00eb ushtonin n\u00ebp\u00ebr bot\u00eb, nga romancat, nga radjot, nga kinemaja. P\u00ebr t\u00eb gjetur nj\u00eb vent mprojtjeje nga pamjet e sh\u00ebmtuara q\u00eb i a vrisnin ndjenj\u00ebn or\u00eb e \u00e7ast, nga fyerjet q\u00eb i b\u00ebheshin pa pushim, djal\u00ebria ish \u00e7k\u00ebputur shpirt\u00ebrisht prej regjimit n\u00eb fuqi dhe jetonte n\u00eb nj\u00eb k\u00ebnd mendimesh t\u00eb sajat. Por romancat q\u00eb k\u00ebndohen fshehtazi t\u00eb thithin m\u00eb fort dhe t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb me fanatik. Idet\u00eb q\u00eb kapen vjedhurazi, merren shtr\u00ebmb\u00ebt. Shpirti q\u00eb formohet burgjeve e qilareve, ka nj\u00eb sasi helmi m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe nga ai q\u00eb zhvillohet n&#8217;aj\u00ebr t\u00eb lir\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri nuk pat nj\u00eb kultur\u00eb komb\u00ebtare t\u00eb lart\u00eb p\u00ebr t&#8217;iu mbyllur udh\u00ebn influencavet mendore t\u00eb huaja. N\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri nuk pat nj\u00eb parti t\u00eb sh\u00ebndosh\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebnte politik\u00ebn e koh\u00ebs ku t\u00eb munt t\u00eb rreshtohej djal\u00ebria. N\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri nuk pat rrahje t\u00eb lir\u00eb mendimesh, ku t\u00eb mund t\u00eb fitonte nj\u00eb ide politike t\u00eb sakt\u00eb djal\u00ebria. Djal\u00ebria shqiptare u-formua ashtu si mundi, duke par\u00eb andej-k\u00ebtej, duke mbajtur vesh djathtas e majtas. Prandaj t\u00eb mos \u00e7uditet njeri tani se pse djal\u00ebria jon\u00eb u-gjent n&#8217;at\u00eb anarqi mendimesh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Edhe nj\u00eb shpres\u00eb t\u00eb vog\u00ebl q\u00eb kish mbajtur djal\u00ebria tek t&#8217;arratisurit politik\u00eb t\u00eb 1924-\u00ebs, e humbi me ngjarjen e 7 prillit, kur k\u00ebta heronj t\u00eb drunjt\u00eb na erdh\u00eb me hordhit\u00eb e huaja dyke thirrur si Arqimedi se e gjet\u00ebn shp\u00ebtimin e atdheut n\u00eb &#8220;suaz\u00ebn e Perandoris\u00eb !&#8221;. Pastaj u-pajtuan si pa gj\u00eb t\u00eb keqe me njer\u00ebzit e &#8220;regjimit kund\u00ebrshtar&#8221;, q\u00eb i gjet\u00ebn t\u00eb pa luajtur nga kulltuqet si Senator\u00ebt e Rom\u00ebs s\u00eb Vjet\u00ebr kur hyn\u00eb Gal\u00ebt. K\u00ebta burra t\u00eb fort\u00eb, me ideale t\u00eb m\u00ebdha, q\u00eb s&#8217;u pajtuan dot kurr\u00eb nd\u00ebn\u00eb shkab\u00ebn shqiptare, u-p\u00ebrqafuan m\u00eb n\u00eb funt nd\u00ebn\u00eb shenjat e Liktorit. Dhe nd\u00ebrsa djal\u00ebria p\u00ebrjashta, dhe populli bashk\u00eb me t\u00eb, zjente e bu\u00e7iste e k\u00ebrkonte arm\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb mprojtur atdhen\u00eb e trath\u00ebtuar, k\u00ebta ngriheshin si gjela n\u00ebp\u00ebr sallonet e ministrivet e i f\u00ebkonin krah\u00ebt njeri-tjetrit, t\u00eb g\u00ebzuar sikur kishin pashk\u00eb a bajram. Ky qe \u00e7asti vendimtar q\u00eb e ndau si me shpat\u00eb pik\u00ebpamjen e t\u00eb rinjvet nga l\u00ebmshi i politik\u00ebs mercenare t\u00eb t\u00eb vjet\u00ebrvet. Dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb par\u00ebn her\u00eb djal\u00ebria shqiptare, n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb ndeshje n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e prov\u00ebs me klikat e vjetra, dha nj\u00eb reaksion p\u00ebrqeth\u00ebs si hekuri i nxeht\u00eb kur futet n&#8217;akull.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pas shp\u00ebrndarjes s\u00eb Shoq\u00ebris s\u00eb Bashkimit (n\u00eb dhjetor t\u00eb 1924-\u00ebs), nuk pat ndonj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr organizat\u00eb djal\u00ebrie me karakter politik, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 shoq\u00ebrish sportive aty-k\u00ebtu, ndonj\u00eb shoq\u00ebrie artistike n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr dhe shoq\u00ebria Puna n\u00eb Kor\u00e7\u00eb. Kjo e fundit p\u00ebrmblidhte sidomos djal\u00ebrin\u00eb e pun\u00ebtoris\u00eb s\u00eb qytetit dhe fshihte q\u00ebllime politike me ngjyr\u00eb komuniste. Megjithk\u00ebt\u00eb, e shtypur dhe e mosp\u00ebrfillur, ashtu si\u00e7 ish, djal\u00ebria shqiptare punohej vashdimisht prej mendimesh t\u00eb reja dhe dukej q\u00eb ish nj\u00eb energji e mbyllur e cila, kur t\u00eb shp\u00ebrthente m\u00eb von\u00eb, do t\u00eb b\u00ebnte mjaft gj\u00ebra t\u00eb p\u00eblqyera ose t\u00eb pap\u00eblqyera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Djal\u00ebria dhe komunizmi<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kur u-muar vesh komploti i Vlor\u00ebs m\u00eb 1932, djal\u00ebria pat nj\u00eb p\u00ebrqethje enthusiazmi. N\u00eb L\u00ebvizjen e Fierit m\u00eb 1935, muar\u00ebn pjes\u00eb shum\u00eb t\u00eb rinj, disa prej t\u00eb cil\u00ebvet ishin me idera komuniste dhe disa jo. Por \u00e7asti q\u00eb i shtiri drithmat e vep\u00ebrimit djal\u00ebris\u00eb shqiptare dhe ku ajo u-vrumullis e t\u00ebr\u00eb si nj\u00eb trup i vet\u00ebm, qe 7 Prilli i 1939-\u00ebs. Rrall\u00eb her\u00eb ka q\u00eblluar t\u00eb jet\u00eb me popullin t&#8217;on\u00eb ndjenja patriotike aq\u00eb e nxeht\u00eb dhe e p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebshme sa n&#8217;ato dit\u00eb. Dhe, nd\u00ebrsa klikat e vjetra mundoheshin t&#8217;i mbushnin mendjen popullit se e mira e tij ish t\u00eb mvarej si mish gjahu n\u00eb grepat e Perandoris\u00eb, djal\u00ebria i \u00e7palli luft\u00eb t\u00eb hap\u00ebt asaj gjendjeje dhe u-mundua t\u00eb futet n\u00eb trupin e kombit si nj\u00eb nervature e re, p\u00ebr t&#8217;i dh\u00ebn\u00eb tjet\u00ebr drejtim e tjet\u00ebr forc\u00eb. Ndjekjet filluan shpejt, burgjet u-mbush\u00ebn me t\u00eb rinj, nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e tyre \u00e7ohej n&#8217;ishujt e Italis\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00eb fillim, fort pak\u00eb nga k\u00ebta t\u00eb rinj ishin komunist\u00eb. E shumta e tyre ishin demokrat\u00eb, t\u00eb mbushur me ide t\u00eb reja drejt\u00ebsie e p\u00ebrparimi, t\u00eb d\u00ebsh\u00ebruar p\u00ebr liri dhe mbar\u00ebsi komb\u00ebtare; ata kishin urrejtje p\u00ebr t\u00eb kaluar\u00ebn, kishin urrejtje m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe akoma p\u00ebr rob\u00ebrin\u00eb ku jetonin, dhe b\u00ebnin luft\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb \u00e7liruar vendin nga t\u00eb huajt\u00eb e p\u00ebr t&#8217;i sjell\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb nj\u00eb t&#8217;arthme me t\u00eb bukur\u00eb, m\u00eb t\u00eb lumtur. Dashurija p\u00ebr vleftat komb\u00ebtare ka q\u00ebn\u00eb gjithmon\u00eb e gjall\u00eb n\u00eb zemr\u00ebn e k\u00ebtyre t\u00eb rinjve. Populli i yn\u00eb ka p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsisht natyr\u00ebn dhe karakteret e popujvet t\u00eb Per\u00ebndimit. Nuk \u00ebsht oriental me shpirt. Ai prej koh\u00ebvet m\u00eb t\u00eb lashta e gjer n\u00eb mbarim t\u00eb Koh\u00ebs s\u00eb Mesme, pat q\u00ebn\u00eb pothuajse vashdimisht n\u00eb frym\u00eb t\u00eb kulturavet t\u00eb m\u00ebdha greke e latine q\u00eb i kan\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb mend\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe kultur\u00ebs popullore t\u00eb tij vija t\u00eb ngjashme me ato t\u00eb popujvet t\u00eb Per\u00ebndimit. Sundimi turk ktheu n\u00eb kultur\u00ebn orientale vet\u00ebm klas\u00ebn feodale t\u00eb vendit, por popullit mbar\u00eb s&#8217;mundi t&#8217;i a ndryshoj\u00eb natyr\u00ebn. Kujtimi i af\u00ebrt i rob\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb zez\u00eb dhe liria komb\u00ebtare e fituar me aq\u00eb mundime, s&#8217;munt t&#8217;a kishin l\u00ebn\u00eb t\u00eb paprekur zemr\u00ebn e djal\u00ebris\u00eb e t\u00eb mos ia kishin forcuar ndjenj\u00ebn e dashuris\u00eb p\u00ebr atdhe. Prandaj, edhe kur nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e saj anoj m\u00eb von\u00eb nga komunizmi, s&#8217;munt t\u00eb themi se ish e xhveshur nga ndjenjat komb\u00ebtare dhe se e kuptonte marksizmin si nj\u00eb nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare t\u00eb pangjyr\u00eb e tiranike. Shum\u00eb prej tyre ran\u00eb si zoqt\u00eb n\u00eb leqe, n\u00eb propagand\u00ebn e komunist\u00ebvet t\u00eb vetdijsh\u00ebm, q\u00eb iu a paraqitnin fen\u00eb e re si nj\u00eb demokraci t\u00eb mbaruar q\u00eb \u00e7duk si me magji padrejt\u00ebsit\u00eb shoq\u00ebrore dhe e b\u00ebn jet\u00ebn t\u00eb lir\u00eb e t\u00eb k\u00ebndsh\u00ebme p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb. Nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb duke mos patur pregatitje politike t\u00eb mjaft\u00eb, kujtonin se s&#8217;prishej pun\u00eb pse ata luftonin tok me komunist\u00ebt nj\u00eb her\u00eb, gjer sa t\u00eb \u00e7lirohej atdheu nga t\u00eb huajt\u00eb, pastaj \u00e7\u00ebshtjet e br\u00ebnd\u00ebshme i zgjithte populli vet\u00eb me an\u00ebn e vot\u00ebs. Dekallogu i tij p\u00ebrcaktonte si\u00e7 duhet \u00e7apin historik q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb hedh\u00eb kombi shqiptar n\u00eb dit\u00ebt t&#8217;ona. Bandat bashibozuke q\u00eb kishin sh\u00ebrbyer si shkop p\u00ebr t\u00eb marr\u00eb fuqin\u00eb n\u00eb duart e njerit a t\u00eb tjetrit, kur populli shqiptar s&#8217;e kish mbledhur vehten akoma nga rob\u00ebri e shekujvet, k\u00ebt\u00eb radh\u00eb u-treguan kashturina q\u00eb shp\u00ebrndahen me frym\u00eb, si flet\u00ebt e vjesht\u00ebs. Gjak rrodhi atje ku kish mbir\u00eb ide. Dhe rrodhi shum\u00eb. U-korr lulja e kombit. Udha q\u00eb kan\u00eb marr\u00eb qytet\u00ebrimi dhe zhvillimi ekonomik i koh\u00ebs s&#8217;on\u00eb, po i \u00e7on kombet, me dashje pa dashje, n\u00eb nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr plan marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniesh dhe bashk\u00ebpunimi. Edhe populli yn\u00eb pra duhet pregatitur shpirt\u00ebrisht p\u00ebr nj\u00eb jet\u00eb t\u00eb re nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare. T\u00eb rinjt\u00eb nuk po i mungojn\u00eb k\u00ebsaj detyre.
