P\u00ebr t&#8217;a kuptuar n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb qart\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsin\u00eb e saj, duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshijm\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb shikim t\u00eb vet\u00ebm dy pjes\u00eb t\u00eb historis\u00eb s\u00eb Shqiptar\u00ebve : at\u00eb q\u00eb ngjitet n\u00ebp\u00ebr vij\u00ebn e koh\u00ebs gjer n\u00eb shekullin e XV-t\u00eb dhe at\u00eb q\u00eb zbret drejt 1912-\u00ebs e gjer n\u00eb dit\u00ebt tona. At\u00ebhere do t\u00eb shohim se Lidhja e Prizrenit del si nj\u00eb nyje q\u00eb ndan e lidh dy epoka n\u00eb jet\u00ebn ton\u00eb komb\u00ebtare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>Duke l\u00ebn\u00eb m\u00ebnjan\u00eb historin\u00eb e vjet\u00ebr, Shqip\u00ebria ka q\u00ebn\u00eb nj\u00eb nj\u00ebsi etnike e gjeografike n\u00eb Koh\u00ebn e Mesme, qyshse, n\u00eb t\u00eb XIII-tin shekull, Charles I d&#8217;Anjou ngrehu nj\u00eb Mbret\u00ebri t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb (Regnum Albaniae), e cila ra m\u00eb von\u00eb n\u00eb duart e Thopiasve. Ve\u00e7se, n&#8217;ato koh\u00eb t\u00eb feudalizmit, megjith\u00eb gjall\u00ebrin\u00eb ushtarake dhe kolonizuese q\u00eb tregon elementi Shqiptar n\u00eb Ballkan, duke u shkap\u00ebrderdhur p\u00ebrtej kufijve etnik\u00eb, sidomos me Balshajt, n\u00eb Veri, dhe me Shpatajt, n\u00eb Jug\u00eb, duke kolonizuar vende t\u00eb Greqis\u00eb gjer n\u00eb Atik\u00eb, n\u00eb More e n\u00eb ishujt e Egjeut, s&#8217;mund t\u00eb flitet p\u00ebr nj\u00eb Shtet Shqiptar t\u00eb bashkuar. Bashkimi politik u mungonte at\u00ebhere edhe shum\u00eb kombeve q\u00eb kishin pasur tradita t\u00eb vjetra politike e shtet\u00ebrore. Vet\u00ebm nd\u00ebn\u00eb grushtin e Sk\u00ebnderbeut, Shqiptar\u00ebt b\u00ebn\u00eb nj\u00eb bashkim komb\u00ebtar, i cili u mbajt p\u00ebr aq koh\u00eb sa jetoi burri i Kruj\u00ebs. Pastaj u k\u00ebput ; hyn\u00eb n\u00eb mes sundimi i huaj dhe anarkia, dhe \u00e7do krahin\u00eb ndoqi fatin e saj.<br>Gjat\u00eb kat\u00ebrqind vjet\u00ebve nd\u00ebn\u00eb Perandorin\u00eb Otomane, u duk sikur Shqiptar\u00ebt e pat\u00ebn humbur, jo vet\u00ebm iden\u00eb e nj\u00eb Shteti Shqiptar, por edhe vet\u00ebdijen e komb\u00ebsis\u00eb.<br>Shqiptar\u00ebt, aq t\u00eb shquar p\u00ebr iniciativ\u00eb individuale sa i kan\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb bot\u00ebs pa kursim nga m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdhenjt\u00eb ushtarak\u00eb, udh\u00ebheq\u00ebs e themelues shtetesh, n\u00eb truallin e tyre s&#8217;kan\u00eb mundur t\u00eb ngrehin di\u00e7ka t\u00eb lidhur, t\u00eb q\u00ebndrueshme, t\u00eb fort\u00eb. Natyrisht, kjo nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb e met\u00eb rrace : ka shpjegimin e saj n\u00eb faktor\u00ebt historiko-gjeografik\u00eb q\u00eb kan\u00eb penguar bashkimin dhe forcimin e nj\u00eb nj\u00ebsie Shqiptare si komb e shtet ; q\u00eb kan\u00eb sjell\u00eb ndasira fesh, krahinash, interesash ; q\u00eb kan\u00eb penguar zhvillimin e nj\u00eb kulture komb\u00ebtare t\u00eb lart\u00eb, dhe dob\u00ebsuar besimin n\u00eb m\u00ebk\u00ebmbjen e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb si Shtet m\u00eb vehte.<br>Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb shkaku q\u00eb Shqiptar\u00ebt, gjer nga gjysma e shekullit t\u00eb XIX-t\u00eb, paraqiten si nj\u00eb popull pa q\u00ebllime, pa drejtim, dhe sidomos pa nj\u00eb ide q\u00ebndrore Shqiptare. Edhe kur e pruri rasti q\u00eb Shqip\u00ebria, nga mbarimi i shekullit t\u00eb XVIII-t\u00eb dhe n\u00eb fillim t\u00eb t\u00eb XIX-tit, t\u00eb bjer\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00ebsisht n\u00eb duar t\u00eb Shqiptar\u00ebve, me Ali Tepelen\u00ebn n\u00eb Jug\u00eb dhe me Bushatllinjt\u00eb n\u00eb Veri, nuk u ngreh dot si shtet m\u00eb vehte. Dhe kjo jo nga mungesa e forc\u00ebs (sepse at\u00ebhere dy pashallar\u00ebt Shqiptar\u00eb tundnin Perandorin\u00eb), por sepse asnj\u00ebri prej tyre s&#8217;mundi t\u00eb dal\u00eb prej kuptimit t\u00eb principat\u00ebs personale n\u00eb iden\u00eb e nj\u00eb Shqip\u00ebrie &#8211; Shtet m\u00eb vehte.<br>Lidhja e Prizrenit hodhi iden\u00eb e bashkimit Shqiptar, p\u00ebrmbi ndarjet fetare e krahinore, p\u00ebrmbi aventurat personale. K\u00ebtu q\u00ebndron r\u00ebnd\u00ebsia historike e saj.<br>Shekulli i XIX-t\u00eb karakterizohet nga zgjimi i komb\u00ebsivet, p\u00ebr popujt e Evrop\u00ebs s\u00eb Jug\u00eb-Lindjes. Esht\u00eb fryma patriotike ajo q\u00eb zot\u00ebron ndjenj\u00ebn, veprimtarit\u00eb, artet dhe let\u00ebrsit\u00eb e tyre n\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb. L\u00ebvizjet p\u00ebr autonomi, kryengritjet p\u00ebr pavar\u00ebsi komb\u00ebtare ziejn\u00eb e p\u00eblcasin ngado. N\u00eb Ballkan \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb kryengritja greke. Popuj t\u00eb tjer\u00eb kan\u00eb fituar autonomin\u00eb. Natyrisht, kjo er\u00eb e nxeht\u00eb ndjenjash dhe luftrash nacionaliste s&#8217;mund t\u00eb mos kalonte edhe mbi popullin Shqiptar. Disa nga bijt e shp\u00ebrndar\u00eb t\u00eb tij ishin prekur prej saj dhe kishin filluar t\u00eb shkruajn\u00eb e t\u00eb flasin. Por, n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri brenda, pritej ndonj\u00eb tundje e fort\u00eb p\u00ebr t&#8217;a zgjuar kombin nga e mpita e shekujve.<br>Dhe tundja erdhi m\u00eb 1878. Rusia, ngadh\u00ebnjyese mbi Turqin\u00eb, e shtr\u00ebngoi k\u00ebt\u00eb t\u00eb n\u00ebnshkruaj\u00eb Traktatin e Sh\u00ebn Stefanit, n\u00eb Mars 1878, i cili krijonte nj\u00eb Bullgari t\u00eb madhe, dhe zgjeronte Serbin\u00eb e Malin e Zi, tre shtetet e mbrojtur t\u00eb Rusis\u00eb n\u00eb Ballkan. Zgjerimi i tyre b\u00ebhej sidomos mbi toka Shqiptare.<br>Traktati i Sh\u00ebn Stefanit, q\u00eb forconte tep\u00ebr pozit\u00ebn e Rusis\u00eb n\u00eb Ballkan dhe mbi ngushticat, prekte, natyrisht, interesat e t\u00eb tjera fuqive t\u00eb m\u00ebdha. Prandaj, p\u00ebr t&#8217;a rishikuar, u b\u00eb nj\u00eb mbledhje e t\u00eb M\u00ebdhenjve n\u00eb Berlin, n\u00eb Qershor 1878, e cila u quajt Kongres i Berlinit. Megjith\u00ebse aty u prish\u00ebn disa pjes\u00eb t\u00eb Traktatit, sidomos plani i nj\u00eb Bullgarie t\u00eb madhe, prap\u00eb se prap\u00eb Serbis\u00eb dhe Malit t\u00eb Zi iu njiheshin tokat Shqiptare. Jo vet\u00ebm kaq, por u l\u00ebshua edhe Greqia p\u00ebr t\u00eb k\u00ebrkuar Epirin gjer n\u00eb lumin Kallama.<br>K\u00ebto ngjarje u hap\u00ebn syt\u00eb Shqiptar\u00ebve, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt vrapuan t&#8217;i dalin p\u00ebrpara rrezikut. Dhe vepruan ashtu si\u00e7 duhej. U dynd\u00ebn nga t\u00eb kat\u00ebr an\u00ebt e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb dhe d\u00ebrguan n\u00eb Prizren delegat\u00ebt e tyre, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt formuan t\u00eb famshmen Lidhje t\u00eb Prizrenit, n\u00eb Qershor 1878. Esht\u00eb e para her\u00eb, pas vdekjes s\u00eb Sk\u00ebnderbeut, q\u00eb Shqiptar\u00ebt \u00e7ohen pesh\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb bashk\u00eb si komb, p\u00ebr t&#8217;u mbrojtur si komb. K\u00ebtu nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb fjala p\u00ebr luft\u00eb krahinash, q\u00eb kishin zakonisht p\u00ebr q\u00ebllim mos-pagimin e taksave a mosvajtjen ushtar\u00eb. Nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb fjala as p\u00ebr luft\u00eb personash ambicioz\u00eb, q\u00eb k\u00ebrkonin t\u00eb b\u00ebheshin pasha a vezir. K\u00ebtu l\u00ebviz i t\u00ebr\u00eb kombi, p\u00ebr t&#8217;u mbrojtur prej coptimit, prej vdekjes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u00ebvizja e Prizrenit nuk u kufizua n\u00eb diskutime e fjal\u00eb boshe, por mori masat m\u00eb energjike p\u00ebr mbrojtjen e Vendit. Jo vet\u00ebm k\u00ebt\u00eb, por qe edhe e zonja t&#8217;i zbatoj\u00eb, p\u00ebr aq sa lejonin kushtet dhe gjendja e at\u00ebher\u00ebshme. P\u00ebrve\u00e7 protestave q\u00eb i drejtoi Kongresit t\u00eb Berlinit dhe Fuqive t\u00eb M\u00ebdha, Lidhja e Prizrenit ia hyri menj\u00ebher\u00eb organizimit p\u00ebr nj\u00eb q\u00ebndres\u00eb me arm\u00eb, ajo q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb mjeti m\u00eb i sigurt\u00eb i shp\u00ebtimit.<br>N\u00eb p\u00ebrshtatje me gjeografin\u00eb dhe me ndarjen administrative t\u00eb Vendit, Lidhja e Prizrenit organizoi deg\u00ebt e saj gjer n\u00eb qendrat m\u00eb t\u00eb vogla t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, me dy krye-deg\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha, nj\u00ebra n\u00eb Prizren dhe tjetra n\u00eb Gjirokast\u00ebr, duke pasur si pik\u00ebpjekje Elbasanin. Mori edhe masat ushtarake p\u00ebr q\u00ebndres\u00ebn me arm\u00eb. K\u00ebshtu q\u00eb, kur Mali i Zi u l\u00ebshua p\u00ebr t\u00eb pushtuar tokat q\u00eb i qen\u00eb njohur nga Kongresi, u ndotd p\u00ebrpara forcave Shqiptare, t\u00eb komanduara nga Ali Pash\u00eb Gucia, dhe u shtr\u00ebngua t\u00eb zbrapset. N\u00eb Jug\u00eb, me thirrjen e Abdyl Frash\u00ebrit, frym\u00ebzonj\u00ebs i Lidhjes, u mblodh p\u00ebrnj\u00ebher\u00ebsh nj\u00eb fuqi e armatosur prej m\u00eb se 30.000 burrash dhe iu mvesh kufirit, p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbajtur Grek\u00ebt n\u00eb cak t\u00eb tyre.<br>Q\u00ebndresa me arm\u00eb e Shqiptar\u00ebve, jo vet\u00ebm q\u00eb e vuri \u00e7\u00ebshtjen e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb si nj\u00eb problem nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar, por shtr\u00ebngoi edhe Kongresin t&#8217;a ndryshoj\u00eb disa her\u00eb vij\u00ebn e tokave q\u00eb i njihte Malit t\u00eb Zi. Gjersa m\u00eb n\u00eb fund, Fuqit\u00eb e M\u00ebdha u detyruan t\u00eb d\u00ebrgojn\u00eb nj\u00ebsi t\u00eb flot\u00ebs s\u00eb tyre p\u00ebrpara Ulqinit, n\u00eb Shtator 1880, p\u00ebr t&#8217;i b\u00ebr\u00eb Shqiptar\u00ebt t\u00eb p\u00ebrkulen.<br>Lidhja e Prizrenit u muar me t\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00eb problemin Shqiptar n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi, dhe jo vet\u00ebm me mbrojtjen e kufijve. Ajo hodhi programin e nj\u00eb Shqip\u00ebrie t\u00eb bashkuar dhe autonome. K\u00ebrkoi bashkimin e t\u00eb gjitha tokave shqiptare n\u00eb nj\u00eb vilajet t\u00eb vet\u00ebm, shkolla Shqipe, administrat\u00ebn me n\u00ebn\u00ebpun\u00ebs t\u00eb vendit, dhe m\u00ebk\u00ebmbjen e nj\u00eb usht\u00ebrie Shqiptare prej 200.000 vet\u00ebsh, q\u00eb do t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbente vet\u00ebm n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri. Kjo ish autonomia n\u00eb kuadrin e Perandoris\u00eb, q\u00eb do t\u00eb p\u00ebrgatiste bazat, shpirtin dhe struktur\u00ebn e nj\u00eb Shteti Shqiptar t\u00eb pavarur, p\u00ebr n\u00eb t\u00eb ardhmen. Kjo ish rruga n\u00ebp\u00ebr t\u00eb cil\u00ebn jan\u00eb ngjitur edhe popuj t\u00eb tjer\u00eb drejt pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb, si p\u00ebr shembull, Serbia, Rumania, Bullgaria.<br>Lidhja e Prizrenit s&#8217;ia arriti dot plot\u00ebsisht q\u00ebllimit, as q\u00eb e zbatoi dot programin. Nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb t\u00eb tokave Shqiptare e rr\u00ebmbyen fqinj\u00ebt. Autonomia s&#8217;u arrit. Sepse pengesat dhe forcat e kund\u00ebrta ishin t\u00eb shumta. Fuqit\u00eb e M\u00ebdha, jo vet\u00ebm q\u00eb s&#8217;i p\u00ebrkrah\u00ebn k\u00ebrkesat e Lidhjes, por d\u00ebrguan edhe flot\u00ebn p\u00ebr t\u00eb thyer q\u00ebndres\u00ebn e Shqiptar\u00ebve. Porta e Lart\u00eb, q\u00eb e pat shikuar me sy t\u00eb mir\u00eb L\u00ebvizjen e Shqiptar\u00ebve kur lufta e k\u00ebtyre i jepte dor\u00eb kund\u00ebr armiqve t\u00eb saj q\u00eb i qen\u00eb rrasur gjer tek portat e Stambollit, u kthye t&#8217;a shtyp\u00eb kur pa se mori thell\u00eb dhe u vu n\u00eb udh\u00ebn e autonomis\u00eb. Krer\u00ebt e L\u00ebvizjes u kap\u00ebn dhe u burgos\u00ebn, deg\u00ebt e saj u shthur\u00ebn, element\u00ebt e saj u ndoq\u00ebn n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha an\u00ebt e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb. Por shkundja q\u00eb i dha popullit Shqiptar Lidhja e Prizrenit, ish i t\u00ebr\u00eb roli historik i saj. Ideja KOMB u vu p\u00ebrmbi ndarjet fetare e krahinore, n\u00eb veri e n\u00eb jug\u00eb, n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb e n\u00eb Epir. Dhe, jo vet\u00ebm q\u00eb u vu si ideal, por u mbrojt edhe me gjak. Prandaj ajo e b\u00ebri pun\u00ebn e saj ; ose, si\u00e7 tha Abdyl Frash\u00ebri, &#8220;fara u mbuall&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>Pas Lidhjes s\u00eb Prizrenit, historia e Shqiptar\u00ebve hyn n\u00eb nj\u00eb faz\u00eb t\u00eb re. N\u00eb planin nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar, problemi i Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb vihet si nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e pandar\u00eb me &#8220;\u00c7\u00ebshtjen e Orientit&#8221;. N\u00eb jet\u00ebn e brend\u00ebshme, zhvillohet ajo q\u00eb quajm\u00eb &#8220;Rilindja Komb\u00ebtare&#8221;. Shqiptar\u00ebt e muar\u00ebn vesh tani q\u00eb, po t\u00eb duan\u00eb t\u00eb rrojn\u00eb si komb, duhet t\u00eb formojn\u00eb shpirtin e komb\u00ebsis\u00eb. Edhe iu vun\u00eb pun\u00ebs. Pasi brenda n\u00eb atdhe ish i ndaluar m\u00ebsimi i Shqipes dhe \u00e7do l\u00ebvizje patriotike, roli udh\u00ebheq\u00ebs n\u00eb zgjimin komb\u00ebtar u binte Shqiptar\u00ebve t\u00eb jasht\u00ebm. Tek Arb\u00ebresh\u00ebt e Italis\u00eb kish nisur kaher\u00eb punimi i gjuh\u00ebs dhe i letrave Shqipe, me De Rad\u00ebn dhe Camarden. M\u00eb 1879, kur Lidhja e Prizrenit ish n\u00eb veprim e sip\u00ebr, q\u00eb formuar &#8220;Shoq\u00ebria e Stambollit&#8221; prej Sami Frash\u00ebrit, Jani Vretos dhe Vaso Pash\u00ebs, p\u00ebr punimin e gjuh\u00ebs. M\u00eb von\u00eb nis\u00ebn t\u00eb botohen radh\u00eb radh\u00eb libra, gazeta, t\u00eb p\u00ebrkoh\u00ebshme, nga klube e shoq\u00ebri t\u00eb ndryshme, n\u00eb Bukuresht, n\u00eb Sofje, n\u00eb Kajro, n\u00eb Bruksel, dhe m\u00eb n\u00eb fund n\u00eb Amerik\u00eb, t\u00eb cilat gjenin m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn sesi t\u00eb hynin dhe t\u00eb qarkullonin n\u00eb t\u00eb kat\u00ebr an\u00ebt e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb. N\u00eb Atdhe, d\u00ebshira p\u00ebr t\u00eb m\u00ebsuar Shqipen vinte duke u shtuar dita-dit\u00ebs. Nisi t\u00eb lul\u00ebzoj\u00eb nj\u00eb literatur\u00eb patriotike, e cila u ngrit lart sidomos me Naimin dhe Fisht\u00ebn.<br>Krahas me zhvillimin e letrave dhe t\u00eb ndjenj\u00ebs atdhe-dash\u00ebse vinin dhe l\u00ebvizjet me arm\u00eb. Dilnin \u00e7etat maleve me \u00c7er\u00e7is Topullin dhe Mihal Gramenon. B\u00ebhej kryengritja e Mal\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb Shkodr\u00ebs, p\u00eblciste kryengritja e Kosov\u00ebs. U arrit n\u00eb Flamurin e Vlor\u00ebs.<br>N\u00eb historin\u00eb e re t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, Lidhja e Prizrenit hodhi kushtrimin e par\u00eb p\u00ebr bashkimin e Shqiptar\u00ebve rreth ides\u00eb KOMB, rreth truallit ATDHE. Aty zuri fill l\u00ebvizja p\u00ebr rilindjen komb\u00ebtare, p\u00ebr lirin\u00eb e Shqiptar\u00ebve, p\u00ebr ngritjen e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb n\u00eb Shtet m\u00eb vehte. Dhe at\u00eb ide e at\u00eb rrym\u00eb ndjekin edhe sot e k\u00ebsaj dite patriot\u00ebt e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb, ata q\u00eb duan\u00eb t&#8217;a b\u00ebjn\u00eb Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb t\u00eb Shqiptar\u00ebve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>Por bota s&#8217;ka ndryshuar. Imperializmat e tanish\u00ebm jan\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb fort\u00eb e m\u00eb t\u00eb ashp\u00ebr nga ata t\u00eb koh\u00ebs s\u00eb kaluar. Dhe tradh\u00ebtar\u00ebt e brend\u00ebsh\u00ebm jan\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb fsheht\u00eb, m\u00eb dinak\u00eb, m\u00eb t\u00eb pabes\u00eb nga ata t\u00eb dikurshmit. Ata t\u00eb vjetrit e shfaqnin sheshit p\u00ebr cilin ishin.
